JH & HS Tuition/Fees

Updated for 2019-2020 School Year!

Prices shown are per student per year unless otherwise noted. In addition to the per student cost, each family will have one annual $78 Building & Insurance Fee for an adult volunteer.

 Secondary Education (7th through 12th Grade):

CLASS WITHDRAWALS- MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL

Year-Long Classes:

Registration and Supply Fees are non-refundable. Tuition is not pro-rated: if any class is attended, the entire class tuition is due. For year-long classes, tuition is refundable only if you withdraw in writing prior to the third class period. If you have paid in full for the year and your child withdraws prior to the third class period (for year-long classes), you will be refunded 100% of the annual tuition. If you have paid in full for the class and your child withdraws after the deadline listed above, no refund will be given. If you are on a payment plan and your child withdraws after the deadline listed above, you are still responsible for paying the entire annual class tuition amount.

One Semester or Shorter Classes:

Registration and Supply Fees are non-refundable. Tuition is not pro-rated: if any class is attended, the entire class tuition is due. For classes one semester or shorter, tuition is refundable only if you withdraw in writing prior to the second class period. If you have paid in full for the class and your child withdraws prior to the second class period (for classes one semester or shorter), you will be refunded 100% of the class tuition. If you have paid in full for the class and your child withdraws after the deadline listed above, no refund will be given. If you are on a payment plan and your child withdrawals after the deadline listed above, you are still responsible for paying the entire semester (or shorter) class tuition amount.

*Please be advised there will also be an additional financial requirement in order to purchase the textbook for each class. Our teachers do their best to help keep these costs as low as possible often informing parents when curriculum goes on sale.

DUE DATES

Registration fees are non-refundable and must be received within 15 days of enrollment to hold your child’s spot in the program. Supply and Building & Insurance Fees are non-refundable and are due August 1st. Tuition can be paid in full by August 26 or divided into seven equal payments (due September 1st, October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, and March 1st).
